In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in generating new group business and fostering existing client relationships. Shine Bright._*This is a remote position, based in either Vail or the Denver Metro Area._We are committed to providing you with:+ Excellent compensation package with an annual salary range of $65,000 - 70,000+ Ski pass+ Bus pass+ An exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members+ 401K matching program for eligible associates+ Discounts with Hilton and our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family member**Responsibilities:**+ Generate and secure new, referred, and repeat group business.+ Maintain and grow a comprehensive database of accounts and leads.+ Actively prospect and qualify potential clients through industry events, sales initiatives, and other channels.+ Partner with internal departments (Convention Services, Catering, Revenue Management) to ensure seamless event execution.+ Foster strong relationships with clients, Global Sales Offices, industry partners, and internal teams.+ Develop and implement strategic sales action plans to achieve monthly room night goals.+ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.+ Participate in training opportunities offered by Crescent Hotels and Resorts.**Qualifications:**+ 2-3 years' of successful hotel sales manager experience.+ Hilton experience strongly preferred.+ Knowledge of local Vail market.+ Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and generating new business.+ Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and group business practices.+ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).+ Familiarity with Amadeus/Delphi systems.+ Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Vail, CO as needed.*We will accept applicants from 7/17/24 - 9/17/24, or until the position has been filled.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
