As the Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead, BTK CDAC, you will contribute to the Global Commercial Strategy and Operations team by driving the commercial strategic initiatives for BeiGene’s hematology pipeline. In this role, you will support the development and execution of global strategies tailored to the specific product’s lifecycle stage and market needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders will be essential to ensure alignment with the broader business objectives. This role requires solid expertise in the hematology market, strong strategic thinking, and experience in launching products within a global, competitive landscape. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Commercial Hematology Franchise Lead.
Essential Functions of the job:
Develop and execute global commercial strategies for BTK CDAC, focusing on key milestones, such as Go/No Go decision, product launch, market entry, indication expansion, and lifecycle management.
Integrate major market input, develop core content packaging and ensure global launch readiness.
Facilitate Global Brand Team (GBT) meetings and ensure alignment with major market needs.
Contribute to the refinement of Target Product Profiles (TPPs) by providing market insights and commercial input
Advocate for the global brand team’s perspectives at the Global Product Team (GPT) meetings to ensure alignment.
Provide critical input into Global Brand Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, and market access, to support the implementation of commercial strategies and ensure that key product objectives are met.
Shape disease area strategies for multiple indications.
Drive strong understanding of hematology market and competitive dynamics globally through insight generation.
Maintain strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external key opinion leaders to identify growth opportunities, data gaps, drivers and barriers to adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience.
3+ years of Global Marketing/New Product Planning expertise and experience in hematology/oncology.
Advanced or expert competency in hematology, highly competitive markets and/or experience in China pharmaceutical market preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading brand strategy/new product planning at various stages of lifecycle.
Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders (both internally and externally) and drive cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead high performance teams.
Highly skilled and effective in engaging, connecting, and influencing across all levels from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
Understanding of change management principles and experience driving change across an organization.
Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports.
Education Required: Doctorate degree & 6 years of marketing experience or Master’s degree & 8 years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s degree & 12 years of marketing experience
Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams
Travel: At least 20% including international travel
