Job Description:

Provide support for all aspects of I.T. Support and Administration on premises for the company's Miami Solution Center. Support internal and external customer needs in alignment with global company standards and policies. Provide Tier I and II technical support for problems reported by the Service Desk and coordinate with global I.T. for Tier III reported problems to ensure timely, SLA-based resolution for I.T. incidents. Procure, configure, set up, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, thermal printers, laser printers, and other computer programs and systems. Provide remote and home-based employees with I.T. support and resources in accordance with global I.T. standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee local I.T. responsibilities for projects and go-live activities as outlined in the onboarding project planning and operations requirements while consulting with global I.T. Coordinate with I.T. support to regional and global I.T. resources and teams regarding escalation of various issues, such as malfunctions and program problems. Respond to local production issues as needed to support engagements with global I.T. resources and/or vendors. Contribute to and emphasize the importance of global I.T. standards and policies in support of business and operations. Coordinate communications and partnerships between the global I.T. group and business and operations teams in order to support business requirements while bringing global I.T. solutions to company sites. Facilitate local vendor relationships and confer with clients regarding their equipment, software, and services as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, accurate, professional service and support. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and work will require the ability to operate equipment such as scissor lift for tasks up to 30 feet in the warehouse ceiling. Position requires working in a non-climate controlled workspace where temperatures may exceed 95 degrees.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Two (2) years of IT support experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Other experience and skills must include:Manufacturing automation support and implementation.Support and maintenance of Zebra and Honeywell printers.Support and maintenance of mobile devices including barcode scanners and readers.Windows and Windows Server, iOS, and Android operating systems.Project management experience.Service desk ticketing systems.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to maintain and support printers and other hardware.Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
