Help Desk Technician
to join their team. This position is based in Fairborn, OH and will be expected to be onsite but will also be offered some remote flexibility. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:
Help desk supportHandle ticketingAssist with 200+ laptops, replace old laptops with new onesHelp users join the domainInstall software updatesMove server to OneDrive (depending on the user)Assist with data migration
Help Desk Technician Requirements:
Previous help desk experience, 1+ years' experience is preferredExperience with WindowsMicrosoft O365 experienceAV experience is preferredAbility to hit the ground running
