LEAD SALES POSITION:front desk sales associate with some assistant manager responsibilities
Example of schedule could be:32-35 hours a weekSaturdays Required.1 Sunday a month required for our Open House Weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:1+ years of fitness, health & wellness or service sales experienceAbility to manage and drive multiple streams including memberships and retailMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgementAn affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio software
DUTIESGrass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classMembership salesProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
Collect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studioEnforce Pure Barre policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive hourly rate; based on experience & performance.Commission paid on sales (new membership sales)Unlimited growth potential within the company.

Compensation starts at $15-$17/hr with a Free Membership to the 3 RVA Pure Barre studios, plus bonus' and commission!
We're looking for the long term - someone who can work independently within a sales-heavy environment, who has an outgoing personality, who enjoys talking with people, and must have phone etiquette with eagerness to learn and promote all things Pure Barre. This position has ability to grow into a management roll and additional hours.
You will be expected to make a minimum of 20 phone calls per shift to prospective members, along with emails and texting.
Along with the responsibilities of booking and selling to prospective clients, it is to also handle basic member issues, utilize a POS system when they wish to buy retail.
