Summary:

The Compliance Strategy and Engagement Manager is a strategic leader responsible for advancing and supporting the organization's comprehensive compliance framework. This role involves directing and optimizing specific compliance procedures, overseeing incident resolution efforts, and ensuring data analysis is conducted to identify and mitigate risks, all while ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements. The Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures, leading organization-wide training and education initiatives, fostering effective lines of communication, and assessing compliance risks. Serving as a key advisor to senior management on compliance strategies and policy development, this position is integral to supporting the overall integrity and strategic direction of the organization's compliance program.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Recommended Education:
Master's degree; or equivalent combination of education with experience

Description

1. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve specific compliance policies and procedures, collaborating with operational and clinical teams to identify potential compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

2. Oversee the incident reporting and resolution process, ensuring timely and thorough documentation, investigation, and tracking of compliance issues, while utilizing data analysis to identify risk trends.

3. Lead the development and execution of advanced training programs and communication strategies aimed at increasing compliance awareness and engagement across the organization.

4. Serve as a key participant in compliance investigations, providing strategic guidance and oversight, while ensuring that investigations are thorough, consistent, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

5. Advise senior management on compliance risks, strategies, and policy development, ensuring that compliance policies are up-to-date and consistent with governing statutes, regulations, and other relevant guidance.

6. Engage with various departments to support the integration of compliance practices into daily operations, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

7. Collaborate with other departments, including Legal, HR, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to compliance.

8. Supervise and develop staff within the compliance team, promoting continuous improvement, professional growth, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

9. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compliance activities, maintaining detailed documentation for auditing and review purposes.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.
