Locum Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician needed near Yreka, CA starting as soon as credentialed.

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed.
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Details: M TH; 10 hour days (8 hours for patient visits, 2 hours for admin/documentation)
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
• Patients per day: 16 PPD
• Call Schedule: 1:5 weeknights and weekends
• Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: BC, Active CA License
• Credentialing time frame: 4-6 weeks
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
