The Client Digital Assets team focuses on developing a Citi-level Digital Asset product, client, and technology strategy working with the five Citi businesses. The team incubates and executes on emerging and cross-enterprise products and partnerships, while also working with functional partners on supporting the development of a common technology infrastructure, consistent regulatory engagement approach and governance frameworks.
The Associate will be a key member of the team and will be expected to take an active ownership role and apply an entrepreneurial mindset to progressing varied digital asset initiatives, often engaging across LOBs.
Responsibilities:
Help define cross-business digital asset strategy with regard to products, clients, partnerships and technology in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Citi
Track external and internal developments with regard to blockchain-related efforts, providing market intelligence, and developing qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic and delivery-focused recommendations
Support client-related, product, and partnership initiatives with research, analyses, project management and communications
Originate and assess new business opportunities and ventures
Prepare internal and external communications for senior stakeholders
Own project workstreams and manage the communications of status, next steps and risks to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Solid qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability to gather data, form clear analysis and recommendations based on such data and communicate these in written and verbal form
Interest and enthusiasm for the external and internal ecosystem around DLT at the intersection of DLT and traditional finance
Entrepreneurial mindset taking ownership of identifying novel approaches and solutions to
Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to clearly articulate recommendations and influence process
Ability to demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
