Emperium Group is an outside sales and marketing firm whose focus is to increase brand awareness while specializing in boosting customer acquisition for our internationally recognized clients. We are located in Long Beach and this is an in-person position.

We have been contracted to acquire customers and provide promotional initiatives working with some of the most profitable Fortune 500 companies in the world. We're looking for people with engaging personalities to join our growing team of professionals! We believe in personal and professional growth at the core of our operations. We want to train individuals in this role while also offering a path to grow into upper management roles internally. What our Entry-Level Sales Representatives do:

Promote our client's products, services, and promotions to customers face-to-face

Speak with prospective customers about services and promotional pricing

Acquire new business and process sales accounts on-site with customers

Identify cross-selling opportunities

Handle and overcome objections from customers as they arise

Ensure we're providing the best experience with our customers

Candidate strengths:

Thinks logically and has problem-solving capabilities

Motivated and ready to take on challenges

Has the desire to be coached through numbers

Would enjoy developing others and team management

Great listener and is excited to be mentored

Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, marketing, customer service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries.. but we are willing to train all those interested in growing their skills in this field.
