BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field5+ years of experience in outside salesIn-depth understanding of Distribution, OEMs, Engineering, and end usersFamiliar with LEAN and ISO 9001 processes and proceduresInstrumentation fittings and valves experienceProficient in delivering technical presentations, training, and product demosRESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with End Users and OEMs frequentlyFollow up on all sales leads and track projects and quotationsConduct account analysis to evaluate territory performance and potentialGather competitive intelligence and insights on new productsSupport company-wide sales initiativesDeliver product training and presentations to Distribution and end usersTravel 6 - 10 nights per month, including trade showsExhibit a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and supportAdhere to zero-defect quality standards and proceduresBENEFITS:
