What to Expect

The Business Development Manager's primary focus is to utilize consultative selling skills to educate, motivate and train new and existing Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealers in their assigned district by utilizing HCA's retail, lease, CPO and Commercial Financing Programs (floor plan, real estate, working capital and sign loans) to achieve annual sales objectives and profitability goals. The position is also responsible for the implementation and utilization of new product and services launched by the company (ongoing basis). This role requires collaboration among the companies' business partners including the OEM to leverage HCA's products and services for mutual growth and success.

What You Will Do

1. Attains HCA business goals within an assigned territory by promoting HCA programs to stimulate dealer utilization of HCA products and services. Business targets include but not limited to the following:

• Standard Penetration

• Subvened Penetration

• Lease Penetration

• CPO / Used Penetration / Funding's

• LSA Activity

• eContracting

• Customer Loyalty and LEAD's

2. Sell the features and benefits of HCA Commercial Financing Programs and to maintain current relationships, develop and conquest new Commercial portfolio targets while working to mitigate risk and maintain ROA targets, Ability to provide competitive data feedback and creative solutions to management and HCA Support.

3. Educate, enroll and implement new programs and service (such as eContracting) at assigned dealerships by partnering with all stakeholders including HCA support staff.

4. Trains dealership personnel (GM, GSM, Sales Managers, Finance Mangers, and other) on new technology and digitalization of HCA products and services; including but not limited to: Program Updates, application submission, funding and compliance, eContracting, eRehash, Remarketing, and self-service functionality.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Dynamic and motivating with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines

• Excellent sales presentation skills and financial statement analysis experience preferred

• 5+ years of experience as a field sales representative in automotive finance, Retail Credit Underwriting or

• Commercial Credit

• Captive automotive finance experience dedicated to a specific OEM is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work Environment

• Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and

• moderate noise levels

• Work is performed in an office environment

• Must be willing to relocate

• Overnight travel required

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
