Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Business Rental Sales Executive to make proactive outbound telephone calls to portfolio accounts and prospects using existing database, marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-generated leads. They will manage the Sixt business portal by contacting and responding to all leads generated through it. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:Excellent work ethic and willingness to take on multiple tasksHighly efficient communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskEnergetic and success-orientedProfessional written and verbal skillsProficient with ExcelKey Responsibilities:

Design and execute strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and nurture relationships to drive growth of the funnel pipelineCreate and negotiate offers for tailored mobility solutions and bring them to closureOvercome objections through actively listening and outside the box thinkingNegotiate and implement mutually beneficial solutions for new clientsPresent complex information and ideas effectively to diverse audiences through various mediumsOversee a significant portfolio of new customersAid in the improvement of the existing sales process and the optimization of everyday routinesContribute to revenue growth to meet business plan targetsProactively pursue sales leads generated from a variety of sources: internet, call center, databaseMaintain an accurate and up to date database of customers and prospectsAnalyze potential customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needsQualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or account managementDemonstrated passion and skill for salesProven ability to recognize complex customer needs and match those with suitable offersTarget-driven motivationFamiliarity with MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)Structured, communicative, and confident on the phoneStrong analytical skills and good at prioritizing and solving problemsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
