We are looking for a Campaign Manager for CBS Entertainment, CBS Studios, and CBS Media Ventures in LA! This role will help lead the planning and execution of creative campaigns and assets for many genres including drama, comedy, unscripted/alternative, specials, daytime, and/or late night. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with partners along with out-of-house agencies to help implement strategic marketing plans on time and on budget. This role requires someone who thrives on project management, creativity, organization, communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
Overview & Responsibilities:
Manage all components of a 360-marketing campaign including activations, partnerships, media plans, and assets (A/V, digital, social, print, and OOH) across a subset of CBS shows and specialsHandle all campaign operational aspects including workflow, timelines, asset development and budget trackingCreate schedules, determine resources, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirementsWork with the Brand lead to set clear attainable objectives, build, and gather requirements, and manage the constraints, including budget, timeline, scope, quality, and efficiencyEnsure all projects are prioritized and ladder up to larger business goalsAnticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and communicate updates to stakeholders on progress, delays, and budget implicationsWork collaboratively and proactively with various internal teams, maintaining excellent relationships with partners across Paramount Global, including Content Brand Strategy, Creative, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Media Planning, Technology/Operations, Post-production, PR, Development, CBS Studios, Paramount+ and moreHelp strengthen business relationships with external creative agenciesEnsure accuracy and timely delivery of campaignsLeverage dashboards and documentation to report on timelines and project statusIdentify efficiencies across the Marketing team and broader organizationTroubleshoot blockers and deal with any unique situations that may ariseHelp evolve the CBS brand and department culture by taking calculated creative risks, nurturing new and disruptive ideas, and helping produce groundbreaking creative for marketing campaignsBasic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in entertainment, project management, creative services, or entertainment marketingBrand or project management experience at an entertainment company or advertising/promotion agency is preferredAdditional Qualifications:
Experience driving production and delivery of a high volume of creative marketing assets, within budget and on timePossess strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretionDetail and solutions focused with strong project management skillsExperience with Project Management Software, such as AirtableAbility to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environmentAn excellent listener and communicator with a high EQOutstanding teammate able to build relationships quickly with a wide range of personality typesHighly data-driven, possessing strong ability to gather and apply insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and actionable plans/reportsDemonstrated understanding of traditional and digital entertainment marketing, including on-air, display, print, OOH, social, performance and digital media channelsComfortable in a test-and-learn environmentAbility to influence direction on department tasks and goalsFocused and driven to excellence at the accomplishment of all tasksEmbraces accountability

Hiring Salary Range: $87,000.00 - 91,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
