In this role, you will lead and enhance our talent brand identity. You will craft and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent by showcasing our company culture, values, and employee experiences.You are the ideal candidate if you have a marketing background, love creating employer and talent branding content, with a deep understanding of social media trends. You are dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic about creating a compelling and authentic employer brand.What you'll do:Enhance our talent brand across various channels, including social media, job boards, and the company careers websiteEmpower employees to share their experiences and advocate for the companyCollaborate with internal brand ambassadors to amplify our messageOwn and drive active candidate "top of funnel", optimizing our speed and cost of talent acquisition by driving more high-quality candidates proactivelyCreate engaging content that showcases the company's culture, values, and employee experiencesEnhance and communicate our Employment Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it resonates with current and potential employeesCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop targeted recruitment marketing campaignsPartner with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messagingCreate engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, blogs, and employee testimonials, to showcase the company culture and work environmentLead the efforts to participate in external employer awards and recognition programs, highlighting the company's strengths and achievementsManage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Google, Indeed, and InstagramRespond to all employee and candidate reviewsin a timely mannerMonitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay currentTrack and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaignsProvide regular reports on social media engagement, content performance, and other key metricsWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or related fieldProven experience in social media management, content creation, andemployer/talent brandingSolid written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideasExcellent organizational and project management skillsProficiency in social media analytics and toolsPassion for building a positive and inclusive workplace cultureKnowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practicesKnowledge of employer branding best practices and trendsFamiliarity with employer branding tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and GlassdoorWhat success looks like:After six months, you will...Played a significant role in our new employer brand messagingDeveloped our global talent brand strategyReviewed and updated our EVPStarted creating consistent content for internal employees to share on social media via GaggleAmpBuilt strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teamsCreated employment branding campaigns, driving awareness and attracting talent globallyAfter about a year, you will...Led multiple campaigns that significantly increased the company's recognition as an employer of choice within the industry and among key talent poolsBuilt an internal ambassador network that helps drive our branding message globallyHave created a brand that attracts a more diverse talent pool, leading to a more inclusive workplace that reflects the company's valuesWe've got you covered:Our holistic
