Due to growth, we are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team at the Kemps HQ office in St. Louis, Park, MN. In this hybrid work schedule role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of branding strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and strengthen our brand's reputation across the regional milk brands in our DFA dairy brands network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and CDT to ensure excellent project management. With guidance, lead new product introduction projects, including project management activities, set up of new items, sample requests, management of packaging, and/or formulation changes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with milk brand managers to assist with key initiatives. Manage commercialization of new items across the fluid business through the NPPR or NPI process depending on plant location. Provide shopper marketing support including coordination of activities with key accounts, sales teams and external agencies. Work with Insights team to conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and development. Use syndicated data as well as consumer and shopper insights to refine business, portfolio, and communication strategies. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and internal teams. Ensure all branding activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related curriculum required. MBA preferred. 2 to 5 years of brand marketing, marketing (category management, trade, general), sales or related experience. New product launch/commercialization experience, including understanding the new product development process. Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to bring ideas to life and build support internally as well as externally with business partners or accounts. Analyze and interpret business and brand data through primary and secondary research (i.e., syndicated data, consumer and shopper insights, and business financials).
