JOB SUMMARY:The overall responsibilities of the Wholesale Coordinator will be to support the growth and development of L’Occitane North America Wholesale business. The right candidate should be excited by sales and growth, detail oriented and a proactive team player. She/He will be responsible for growing the wholesale business in line with the L’Occitane brand vision, and being a champion for these businesses among internal and external stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Support and Communication

Develop and maintain meeting agendas, compile meeting recaps, and handle follow-ups.Manage product flow, ensuring FIFO/EOL SKUs transition smoothly between partners.Keep Novelty tracker up to date with ship dates and launch plans.Oversee the creation and submission of purchase orders and track expenses.Manage Wholesale Marketing Calendar updates with Key Events, changes, and Kit Development (packaging, Assembly, instructions, POs)Assist with tracking of key marketing expenses including sampling, GWPs, and AdvertisingPull Weekly sales reporting.Amazon Specific Tasks:

Collaborate with teams to ensure Born To Run (BTR) orders are fully stocked and accepted.Update product images and A+ content as per the latest packaging updates and module revisions sent by team members.Conduct daily audits for product copy, images, variations, and pricing on Amazon, submitting cases and communicating discrepancies as needed.TV Channels Engagement:

Follow up on TV channel orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.Engage with TV channel partners to ensure product listings are accurate.Assist the creation of kit assortments and handle quality assurance submissions for TV channel products.Marketplace Coordination

Review and manage the status of marketplace orders daily on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Rithum

and

Mirakl.Coordinate with distribution centers and internal teams to update orders with tracking numbers and resolve order processing issues.Ensure new product launches are properly listed and promoted across all platforms, including SFCC through Channel Advisor.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Accuracy and timeliness of reports and updates.Effective management of product listings and inventory across platforms.Positive feedback from internal and external partners regarding operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:

Completed Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years in an e-commerce environment, preferably with exposure to both online marketplaces and TV shopping channels.Experience with platforms like Amazon 1P/3P, Channel Advisor, and Mirakl is highly preferred.

SKILLS:

Must have strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Ability to analyze and troubleshoot in a timely manner.Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.Basic knowledge of digital asset management (e.g. photo resizing and formatting).Must present a positive, professional, and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team and help team members, be proactive and remain self-motivated.Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization and time management skills.Experience in the beauty industry an asset.Must be an ambassador of the L’Occitane brand.

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available from Monday to Friday.Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

The compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 - $55,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographical location. In addition to annual salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
