Work ScheduleMonday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM - This position is seasonal for the Fall and Spring semesters.

Position Salary Range$15/hr

General ResponsibilitiesThe Desktop Support team is hiring a part time/hourly position to provide first level technical support for students, faculty and staff in the computer open lab and rooms on campus. This includes diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues; training and assisting students and faculty on using software and hardware; and open area printer supply management.

Work PerformedThe desktop support technician will support the IT loaner program including inventory management, provisioning, and repair. They will work with other members of the department to update knowledge articles, flyers, and improve the technology experience for students. This position is seasonal assignment for the Fall and Spring semesters.
