The Division of Student Affairs- Student Auxiliary ServicesJob Description
The Division of Student Affairs has an exciting opportunity in Student Auxiliary Services. The primary purpose of the Conference Support Associate is to assess, assign, and coordinate the event and conference resources available through Student Auxiliary Services, to include the Student Union, Student Success Center, Residential Life, and outdoor auxiliary spaces.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Provide front line customer service to clients via phone, email, in-person, and specialized software interaction.* Receive, review, and input scheduling request data into the system for internal and external campus clients.* Compile and produce daily operations report information and set diagrams for operational distribution.* Perform scheduling and logistical management of additional client services, to include but not be limited to information services, parking, campus recreation, classroom services, and dining.* Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of billing and invoices connected to event and conference services.* Organize additional service provisions, to include but not be limited to linen service, photography service, and mail service* Periodically produce reports related to facility usage, programs, and services.
Minimum Qualifications
A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized, with the ability to deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in event management, scheduling, or logistics management.Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary range for this position: $15.00 - $16.89 per hour, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.Application Deadline
