Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. The Pricing Manager helps to support driving the pricing strategy, revenue growth, and profitability across the Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) business.
This individual is a skilled, analytical thinker with deep operational experience to help deliver successfully against financial and operational objectives within a matrixed environment. They will build pricing and profitability strategies, solve complex customer problems, and enable teams to drive revenue growth for MGF.
Key Responsibilities
Work with a highly analytical pricing and profitability team to drive financial recovery.Set the MGF pricing strategies in partnership with various cross-functional leaders.Partner closely with commercial groups to develop sales and revenue growth plans.Partner in the development of customer solutions, through pricing, and monitor profitability.Responsible for profitability and related audit functions.Build pricing strategies, revenue growth strategies and work on net revenue forecasting.Review MGF profitability and audits.Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in pricingMinimum 2 years of experience of pricing in Ground Freight productsProven ability to deliver successful financial and operational results.Experience building pricing and profitability strategies, solving complex problem and enabling teams to drive revenue growth.Ability to work within a matrix organization.Strong communication skills including senior stakeholder management.Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Range:
$125,000 - 140,000* (please change the range depending on the information you receive)
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
