Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage BDR team(s) in achieving sales and margin growth goals
Conduct weekly progress reviews on account activitywith BDR's
Be an advocate of the sales channel to develop, execute and monitor sales programs
Develop and implement market growth strategies that drive results for this sales channel
Use technology and analyze metrics/data to achieve goals; build on Opportunity Process
Report out to management on results and actions being taken; track % sales, %GM growth, %sales on-line, account activity, andaccount management
Participate in the recruiting process to hire and train BDR's: Develop, coach and motivate the BDR team to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales and growth targets are met

3+ year of demonstrated sales leadership in HVAC sales, to include sales and margin growth
CRM experience preferably with Salesforce
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
Qualifications:Must have strong communication skills, a strong worth ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales
Must be a self-starter, articulate and possess excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle, adapt, and provide solutions
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment while demonstrating the ability to focus on results
Qualified candidates will possess strong business decision making skills and a solid financial acumen
Solid problem-solving abilities and proven negotiating skills; high sense of urgency
Engaging leadership style that builds and sustains credibility with vendors, staff, colleagues and customers
