The Department of Radiology within the University of Missouri - School of Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented Business Support Specialist Senior to join our administrative team. This position works extensively to coordinate activities within the fellowship program, medical student trainees, and clinical faculty, along with helping to facilitate all human resource functions within the department.

Duties include:* Oversees the fellowship program daily activities; collaborates in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards. Establishes and ensures program goals and objectives are accomplished.* Oversee department Medical Student rotation and monthly conferences for all trainees.* Coordinate and assist clinical faculty to resolve day-to day issues that arise, make faculty call and monthly schedules. Assist Faculty with self-reported activities and compile documents that capture research, teaching, service, and scholarly activity.* Monitor and enter data in Mission Based Management (MBM) Program which is an organizational resource that aids in strategic planning, discussions and decision making related to policies and planning.* Collaborate with Department Administrator and Finance team to achieve set department goals.* Collaborate with Human Resources and Department leadership to facilitate faculty recruiting, department onboarding and exit processing.* Other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively as well as independently. This position requires an individual who is organized, can juggle competing priorities and deadlines. This position requires excellent communication skills and the highest level of professionalism.

8am - 5pm, Monday through FridayMinimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range
