Sikich LLP is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead / Architect to join our Salesforce Implementation Team. In this client-facing role as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect, the ideal candidate enjoys working hands-on with our customers to design and architect state of the art systems and solutions on Salesforce.

What will you do in this role?

Oversee design and architecture of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutionsIn depth familiarity and knowledge of different salesforce license models and limitationsDrive the technical scoping and development of the solutionWork with clients to conceptualize and define system architecture with a focus on scalability and ease of maintenance downstreamLook for ways to improve performance, user experience, and adoption of the solutionThink outside the box on solutions; look for optimal solutions aligned to our client's unique needsIn depth familiarity and knowledge of development and deployment best practices and methodologiesWhat do you need to succeed in this role?

10+ years experience defining application architecture, preferably for cloud solutions including at least 7 years in Salesforce.7+ years working with salesforce in a technical role.5+ years as a Salesforce Developer3+ years experience in a Senior / Lead capacity3+ years experience working as a Salesforce ArchitectFamiliarity with agile / scrum methodologyDemonstrated hands-on ability to create necessary technical documentation including high level systems design, low level systems design, system landscape, entity relationship diagrams, configuration workbooks, and other client deliverables for enterprise salesforce implementations.Proven ability to lead a cross functional teamStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to travel as neededAre you ready to grow with us?
