The Drivepoint platform is an enterprise-grade data system with data warehouse and pipelines, pro-level analytics, a private equity quality financial model, and customizable dashboards that can combine operations and financial metrics and track progress to plans and goals on an hourly basis.The RoleWe are searching for an outstanding Business Development Representative that will help build on an exceptional outbound program that exemplifies professionalism and desire to help customers succeed. The ideal candidate is tenacious, creative, curious, and goal oriented. They have had 6+ months in an outbound business development role in SaaS, and are excited to work directly with prospective clients and immerse themselves in the DTC eCommerce industry. Drivepoint has ambitious goals. We are in a huge market and plan to win it. This hire will have an outsized impact on the business.OutcomesPossess a demonstrable track record of success in sourcing, prospecting, and booking qualified outbound meetings as well as meeting goals for weekly activity KPIs.Have had success creating and/or using compelling sales messaging and narratives with email, phone and LinkedIn in a startup environment, or the equivalent.Is familiar with the techniques and playbooks that drive success in software sales.Take a professional, consultative, and customer-first approach to sales.Strong written and spoken communication skillsInventive and constantly testing and trying new approaches and messagesMore important detailsApplicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the U.S on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, such as the H-1B visa, at this time.We are a remote-first company, but have a strong preference for Boston-based candidates who can be in the office in downtown Boston 1-2 days a week.
