RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for day-to-day hiring, training, coaching & general oversight of your direct reports of BDRs (this is a full time management, non-quota carrying role)Coaching & Mentoring: hands-on development of your team's skills through various 1:1s, coaching sessions and ad-hoc best practicesHold your team accountable to high standards of professional habits that lead to superior performanceDriving your team to hit quarterly targets through positive and motivational feedbackOwn the collective KPIs for your BDR teamCollaborate with other GTM leaders to drive improvements to overall sales processesEffectively utilize our sales tech stack to ensure operational efficiency and data-driven decisionsREQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of sales leadership experienceDemonstrated track record of top performanceStrong leadership skills.
