Salary:

$100,000 - $115,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience) plus benefits

Job Summary:As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our flooring brands. Your responsibilities will include enhancing brand visibility, expanding market share, and increasing customer awareness through multichannel marketing efforts. This position requires a strategic and creative thinker who can lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

Oversee and maintain the unique identity of our flooring brands within a cohesive brand strategy.Digital Marketing:

Manage all digital marketing activities, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and emerging platforms.Project Management:

Lead and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.Sales Support:

Develop and distribute sales tools, marketing materials, and samples to support the national sales team, retail customers, and consumers.Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.Vendor and Budget Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the allocation of marketing budgets to optimize resource use.Market Opportunity and Analysis:

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify market opportunities and incorporate global trends into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
