Territory Sales Manager - Florida and Export ,
preferably based in Orlando or Tampa, FL , to join our team. We look for a true professional with high energy and a proven track record of success in the building materials industry. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

What You Will Be Doing:Maintain existing business and expanding
ROCKWOOL's
position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector in the territoryDevelop and nurture robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including but not limited to insulation and building material distributors, retail/LBM locations, builders, contractors, and architectsMaintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned areaAchieve established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budgetWhat You Offer:
4+ years of sales experience in Building Materials/Construction IndustryUnderstanding of the
commercial construction process,
with residential being secondaryCollege degreeHigh drive, commitment, energy and integrityStrong presentation, training skills and effective time managementProfessional communication
- both written and oralStrong computer skills
- MS Office and CRMLocal travel with ability to travel overnights up to 50% of the timeBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferredWhat We Offer:
