Baer is looking for an Oracle EPM (EPBCS) Functional Support Consultant

for a 3-month Federal remote project.

Description:Develop and maintain webforms, narrative reports, dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation processes, and complex calculations using Java and Groovy scripting.Lead the design of business processes within EPBCS, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and federal requirements.Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and maintain standard systems requirement documents, such as Business Process Workflows, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.Leverage intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft Federal Financials to support integration and functional alignment with EPBCS.Provide expertise in PeopleSoft modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), Billing, Commitment Control (KK), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), and Asset Management (AM).Lead system and bundle upgrades, developing and executing test scenarios and scripts to ensure functionality satisfies system requirements.Define test scenarios, support UAT, and validate that the implemented solutions meet client expectations.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for client-facing interactions and presentations.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans and use cases, to support ongoing maintenance and client knowledge transfer.Requirements:
