Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health System Executive to lead our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with extensive expertise in various medical specialties and a proven track record in leadership roles. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving overall efficiency, patient care quality, and operational performance.Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality care protocols.Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the sustainability and growth of the healthcare facility.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional standards in patient care and operational excellence.Stay current on industry trends, advancements in healthcare technology, and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure the facility remains at the forefront of the industry.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centered care, and innovation within the healthcare system.Requirements:

Extensive experience in healthcare administration, with a strong background in managing operations at a large healthcare facility, preferably a Level I Trauma Center.Expertise in various medical specialties, including but not limited to medication administration, diagnostic radiology, urology, urgent care, inpatient care, occupational health, family planning, and OB/GYN services.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.Experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or equivalent leadership role in a large health system.Experience working across both public and private healthcare sectors, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of each.Qualifications

Experience leading large healthcare facilities or systems through significant change or growth initiatives.A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities in the healthcare industry.Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.

Compensation - Min: $100,000/ Max: $231,500

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Benefits - This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
