Join the Localization Team as a Senior Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) Lead in San Jose, CA, and embrace the challenge of ensuring the highest quality of localized content for a global audience. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll lead multiple LQA projects, mentor LQA leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of quality in ecommerce. Your passion for quality, technical prowess, and leadership skills will help us reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts around the world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor and develop LQA Leads, enhancing their quality assurance skills.Manage and execute multiple LQA projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.Work with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and oversee testing plans.Coordinate with external test vendors, ensuring requirements are met and assessing performance.Utilize JIRA for tracking LQA activities, bug triaging, and ensuring resolutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication and organizational skills.Proven leadership in managing multiple projects and priorities.Proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and experience with CAT tools like XTM.
