Join this passionate team in Ruston, LA, as their new Director of Development Finance!Salary: $125,000-$150,000+This role is integral to managing all facets of development accounting, including the meticulous tracking and reporting of project costs, the processing of Accounts Payable, and the management of construction draw processes for both new construction and renovation/remodeling initiatives. The Director of Development Finance is entrusted with leading cash planning meetings for the development pipeline, preparing comprehensive financial and tax projections, and coordinating the assembly of due diligence materials. Additionally, this position supports Asset Management by providing detailed analysis summaries for each project, developing financial projections, and completing tax credit and other funding applications critical to the success of project deals.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally specializing in Accounting or other Business-related field is required.5-7 years or more of work-related experience is preferred with expertise in tax credit analysis, proforma development, and forecast projects via a pipeline.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, business bookkeeping procedures, accounting regulations, accounting and auditing principles, forecasting, and analysis.Detail-oriented with excellent math, communication, analytical, time management, technical, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel depending on project needs and locations.Availability for extended hours during peak periods and attendance at evening and week-end meetings.Capable of reaching, standing, walking, grasping, and feeling, and the ability to lift or move objects up to 20 pounds.
