This position is responsible for effectively managing the relationship of the external customer and any subcontractors. This position also partners with Noridian staff to ensure the contract is optimizing performance to meet or exceed the terms of the contract while operating within budget. This position provides guidance, leadership, planning, and reporting to and from the affected personnel.Essential FunctionsKey Duties/Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesEnsures the organization meets all contractual and performance expectations in regards to quality, timeliness and change management implementation.Serves as liaison and primary contact for prime or subcontractors regarding contract performanceResponsible for effectively managing the relationship with the prime and subcontractorsDemonstrates influential leadership across the organization in collaborating with other contract leaders, employees and management team.Ensures responsiveness to performance standards, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and internal audit findings.Reviews findings for appropriateness and implement timely changes as appropriate.Develops budgets and works to meet requirements within available funding to ensure requirements are met each fiscal year for funds received.Develops, monitors, and analyzes monthly and annual budgets for operational department.Submits supplemental budget and abatement requests.Challenges staff to find innovative ways to reduce operating costs.Ensures strong internal controls and compliance programs within responsible operations.Meets performance management expectations by encouraging teamwork, growth, recognition and participation by analyzing monthly departmental performance status reports and providing methods for effective change.Leads by example by promoting team work, innovation and thought leadership, while demonstrating company valuesDevelops long term plans to remain successful and grow within the market.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience4 years' healthcare experience of which 2 years are management experienceNegotiation and conflict resolution skillsIA MEME Key Personnel Requirements:

3 years' experience in account management or major supervisory role as a healthcare payer

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business3 years' additional experience in account management or customer relationsExperience in people leadership, motivating and managing large groups of people.
