Location:127 Public Square, CLE or 4900 Tiedeman Brooklyn, OH: Mobile/Hybrid work schedule - 2 days in officeAbout the Job:Work at the direction of the Campaign Strategy & Execution (CS&E) Marketing Manager to assist with team project management/prioritization/delegation, strategy, intake, compliance, and tracking/reporting of campaign deliverables.Essential Job Functions:Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and partner organizations that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of campaigns. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to keep team on time and within budget.Works directly with the marketing manager to manage work allocations of campaign development and setup, testing, deployment and trackingIs the team point of contact to manage compliance and risk projects. Acts as a liaison between compliance and the Campaign Strategy & Execution (CS&E) team.Document, maintain, test, and enforce Campaign Execution best practicesDevelops and manages weekly intake process and backlog managementMakes sure campaigns are delivered within scope and timelineManages reporting and tracking functions for assigned campaignsEffectively communicates timely recommendations and implications to internal clients and partners based on business objectives and SLAsHelps guide and manage projects that get assigned to offshore agency (Genpact)Bridge between KTO and CS&E for intake process and other campaign related activitiesPartners with Own Your Day, Salesforce and Outbound Sales (OBS) at weekly lead management meetings.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree; 3-7 years minimum professional experienceAbility to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and technologyDetail-oriented; ability to organize and prioritize workloadAbility to work across departments and influence when neededCan prepare and present data/findings in a concise and understandable format, via documentationAbility to work independently on relatively complex matters with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and informationKnowledge of online concepts, design and best practicesAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in a dynamic environmentHighly skilled with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, WordHighly skilled with WorkfrontExperience with Agile Development tools (JIRA, Confluence) preferredExperience with Adobe products (AJO) preferredExperience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) toolsKey has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
