Global Business Unit Managing DirectorYour role and responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage the Account Strategy for NASCAR and its partnership network. Focus on share of wallet growth, overall account growth, profitability, partnership, value creation, customer experience and satisfaction with NASCAR. Provide personal leadership & coordination to drive sales order growth across all of the ABB portfolio and business / product lines and influence account team and business lines to deliver. Adhere to ABB Values and lead by example especially demonstrating leadership on Integrity & Customer Focus. Serve as the point person for other activities with the relationship outside of sales to include: marketing activities, other partner opportunities through NASCAR, STEM / Charitable partnerships, activations and events.This is a remote position. Successful candidates will be located in a major metro area in the United States.This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products division in the United States.You will be mainly accountable for:*Develop a strategic growth plan for the account. Research and understand NASCAR's business environment and key business drivers. Determine their needs, anticipate their challenges and leverage ABB capabilities to address current and future needs. Define specific SOW growth actions beyond day-to-day business.*Create added value for NASCAR and its partnership network. Monitor sales opportunity pipeline and create / stimulate demand to ensure a healthy opportunity backlog with the account, as well as NASCAR's partners and customers (i.e. OEM's)*Responsible for achieving committed profitable growth / order intake and related objectives for the agreed scope. Establish and manage/motivate results orientated with workstream leaders to fully leverage relationship with NASCAR and their partners.*Act as the orchestrator between the relevant ABB Divisions and the partner, facilitating zero distance, solving problems, addressing any payment, quality or delivery issues and improving ease of doing business for the customer.Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree required.10+ years of relevant experience required in customer facing sales or account management or similar.10+ years of industry (Automotive, E-Mobility / EV, Electrical) experience required.Business Development experience and willingness to engage in business development activities required.Experience with MS Office and Salesforce (or other CRM).Willingness to travel 50% as needed.More about us
