Position: Chinese Publicly Available Information (PAI) Research & Translation (language enabled) Location: Suitland, MD Clearance: TS/SCIJob Description Mission Essential is seeking a language enabled analyst to translate and perform dedicated discovery and collection against foreign language publicly available information (PAI). The contractor shall perform translation, dedicated discovery, and collection against foreign-language PAI EDT of strategic significance. The contractor shall focus specifically on S&T topics and associated document translation, as prioritized by the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). PAI may include academic papers, patents, blog posts, stand-alone graphics, conference/symposium materials and other information available on the internet.Minimum Requirements:*Demonstrate theability to read, understand, andtranslate scientific andtechnical lexicon.*Maintain language proficiency scores that include at least a 2.0 in/on the lnteragency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale for reading Chinese Mandarinlanguage.*Possess clear written and oralcommunication skills.*Demonstrate a minimum of one year familiarity with the following programs:oMicrosoft ExceloMicrosoft WordoMicrosoft OutlookoMicrosoft PowerPointoGraphics Processing Software (e.g. Paint, GIMP)*TS/SCI Clearance
