Location:Hybrid orRemoteworking options.Corporate office is in Indianapolis, IN.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States or the United Kingdom. IMG will not beproviding sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Director is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets within an assigned territory. This position has full accountability for achieving assigned growth targets and other key performance indicator targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets for assigned territoryDevelop and grow a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.Have a deep knowledge and understanding of the IMG product line and services and have the ability to utilize all tools to grow book of business.Understand and position the strengths and vulnerabilities of each of International Medical Group, Inc. major competitors.Create and deliver presentations to insurance producers, employers and other key stakeholders at industry functions, business meetings and other eventsInteract and engage with multiple departments and leaders in the company to ensure high levels of service and support are provided, resulting in acceptable levels of producer and customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a business development or account management roleHigh performer with demonstrated results in achieving revenue and profitability targetsConsultative sales skills and experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven results in achieving revenue and profitability targetsConscientious attention to detailAbility to travel as needed - 30% of timeAbility to work within established sales performance metrics
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fieldExperience working in the travel industry and or insurance industryExperience working with CRM tools to grow territory sales distribution opportunities
