DESCRIPTIONAustin Historical is a leading provider of historical window restoration services, specializing in the preservation and restoration of historic homes. We are committed to maintaining the integrity and beauty of historic structures while providing modern solutions to our clients.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, which consists of 3 remote sales representatives and 3 local sales representatives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to expand our market presence, and ensuring that our team meets and exceeds their targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales management, experience in construction sales directly to the customer or through general contractors, and preferably experience in historical restoration or construction. The role will be based in Orlando, Florida.This is a salaried position with the potential of earning between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00 a year (includes a $50,000.00 annual base).

Commission earned is based on any cash received from contracts approved during the corresponding month1% of sales up to $5M2% of sales between $5M and $7.5M3% of sales above $7.5MRESPONSIBILITIESTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share in historic window restoration throughout the country.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives.QUALIFICATIONSExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the historic restoration or related industry, including experience in construction sales directly to customers or through general contractors.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
