We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Fairlawn, OH. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys focusing on Chiropractic care and the principles of Chiropractic and is interested in educating patients on Chiropractic care and wellness lifestyle habits.
Whether you’re a new grad or have been a chiro for a while, our training and mentorship will help you gain the experience, confidence, and business knowledge you need to be super successful in practice. Learn how to build, grow, and retain a busy, cash-based, family practice, without the stress of managing employees, dealing with insurance, or paying the overhead. Duties:
Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays as neededEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Flexion, Thompson various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsAssist with outreach marketing to increase patient baseRequirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in OHSchedule:
Full time4 days per weekCompensation (range):
$80k-$95k with projected $110k-$120k by year 2Benefits:
