Regional Division President, LMG US & CAYour role and responsibilities

In this role, you can work remotely. You will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in your assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.The work model for the role is: Remote, RegionalThis role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors and Generators division. Main stakeholders are our regional customers and internal customers.You will be mainly accountable for:*Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.*Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.*Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.*Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration +8 years related experience, or 2 year degree +12 years related experienceAt least 8 years relevant experience within the industrial business environment including sales & marketing experience.Understanding of customer needs, experience in customer interfaceBenefits
