Someone who can connect with our customers and efficiently manage the tasks necessary to identify, qualify and nurture sales through to close. This individual must be detail oriented, a good communicator, able to multi-task, and able to work independently to accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment. In-Situ places high value on our employee's wellness, engagement in our community and environmental projects, as well as creating an open and rewarding work environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesDriving Revenue growth in the region through identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities in the Municipal Water and Waste Water sector.Being in front of new and existing customers to accurately and completely understand their needs and the opportunity for our solutions.Managing existing customer relationships and increasing total spend within current accounts.Identifying, prospecting and bringing on board new accounts.Working the region through both direct sales and management of Manufactures representativesParticipating in promotional events, tradeshows and industry associations in your regionEnsuring the long-term success and efficiency of the territory by ensuring that Opportunities, Accounts and day to day information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in engineering, chemistry, process technology or relevant fieldMinimum 5 years of customer facing experience in strategic selling, business development or field applications in a Business-to-Business sales environment preferredBroad technical/ applicational experience in equivalent role in Waste Water/ Drinking Water requiredSkillsAbility to quickly establish significant credibility, trust and support within all levels of the customers organization (technical and non-technical)Strong presence when speaking in front of customers or large groupsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial and growth-oriented mindsetAbility to work under high pressure situationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlinesWorking Environment and Physical ConditionsLifting, bending, reaching, squatting, walking, sitting.Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.Total RewardsCompensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal comps.Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year + VariableVariable compensation structure potential:
