Job Overview

The Programs Operations and Compliance Manager is a position on the Channel Marketing team. This role is responsible for providing operational leadership for Marvin Channel Programs, as well as creating and managing the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Channel Marketing programs. The Channel Program Operations and Compliance Manager is responsible for the operational ecosystem, frameworks, policies, documentation, and reporting ensuring that programs are running efficiently, effectively, and within compliance of the governing guidelines. This role collaborates cross-functionally with legal, marketing, accounting, finance, and IT stakeholders, safeguarding program governance and ensuring programs adhere to financial and legal guidelines.To be successful in this role you must be a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, excellent communicator and excel at working in a fast-paced process driven environment while embracing technology and automation.Highlights of your role

Accountable for the operations and compliance of Channel Marketing Programs, including co-op advertising, dealer dedication and segment based programs, and various other marketing programs and initiatives

Build, audit, update, publish and lead all program documentation including work instructions, policies, internal documentation, and customer facing materials related to dealer programsOwn the management and oversight of all tools, data, reports.Design standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions to ensure efficient, effective and consistent program executionTechnology development, performance measurement, and reporting of dealer programsEnsure Salesforce CRM, and dealer facing program portal structure and data fields are aligned to each program for ease of program experience and ability to supervise and report on data, ensuring data flows accurately between Salesforce and Marvin's dealer facing portal; bringing forward issues to IT partners immediatelyLead all aspects of reporting and dashboard development for internal partners and customers. This includes user feedback, input and testing, and understanding of business requirements and Salesforce analytics.Provide all vital information for internal auditing process and build plans for implementation of vital changes or recommendationsProactively identify and elevate areas of risk and presents recommendations for future mitigationPerform regular quality control checks, and auditing of programs.Provide pro-active counsel to marketing leadership on program updates and changes from a people, process and technology perspectiveYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance or business preferredMinimum of 5 years in similar role of administration, oversight and governance of programming with large budgets (over $10MM).Experience with Salesforce CRMContinuous improvement mentality with a focus on outcomes, and personal and professional growth developmentThe compensation range for this position is approximately $79k - $105k.Also want to make sure you have
