To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, in the medical device space, is looking for a SR. Digital Product Manager to join their team. This is a 6+ month contract role with potential to extend. Must go onsite 3x a week to their office in Greater Boston.An integral member of our growing Design & Digital Strategy group, the Senior Digital Product Manager is a key contributor for developing & managing digital solutions in our current portfolio, as well as helping identify opportunities to grow & scale our overall digital ecosystem.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:
Manage the product roadmap and backlog for existing digital products and other teampriorities, leading ongoing backlog grooming, sprint planning & bi-weekly\/monthlyreleases
Oversee and manage requirements gathering, solution design, user story writing,feature development, backlog prioritization and user acceptance testing
Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams regularly to ensure alignmenton feature development and prioritization, including oversight of third-party partners toensure every sprint delivers on planned objectives
Routinely apprise executive management of planned execution & prioritization of keyfeatures in the product roadmap
Continually monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant iteration andoptimization
Help oversee the effort of managing, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets toidentify business opportunities & areas requiring optimization
Work with Design team & Commercial leadership to develop product positioning andmessaging that ensures strategic differentiation from competitors
Contribute to driving the creation of an internal culture centered around user-centricdesign principles, best practices, standards, processes, and tooling
Ability to craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concretestrategy
Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of datasourcesJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of professional experience in a digital product management or business analystrole
A strong and practiced user-first mindset, whether the user is an existing employee oran external customer, and an expert ability to translate user needs into achievablesolutions that while also deliver on core business objectives
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you work with manydifferent stakeholders and teams to balance competing priorities, resolve conflictingrequirements, and ultimately deliver on all user & business goals
Demonstrable passion for building great products and solving customer and businessproblems
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field)or equivalent professional work experience
Proficient understanding of back end and front end programming languages, and theability to identify integration opportunities for data sources that can augment our digitalproduct experience
Passion and commitment for ensuring all aspects of our digital experience are fullyinclusive & accessible to all users
