Position Overview:Paysafe is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, Entertainment (USA) to join our Chief Revenue team. We are looking for A-players with drive to help us find and qualify the right clients. If you bring experience in the gaming and entertainment space and/or payments industry and you are looking to focus your business development efforts in the entertainment vertical, this is the opportunity for you!

As a member of our enterprise sales team, you will be an important representative and ambassador of the company brand and will be a key part to drive Paysafe's growth agenda.

Responsibilities:

Act as an external-facing ambassador for Paysafe products solutionDevelop a solid pipeline of leads and potential clients who can benefit from company productsPresent the Company's products and solutions to potential clients in a structured, convincing and professional mannerCold call and network to arrange meetings with potential companies to prospect for new businessNegotiate terms for agreements and ensure closure of deals to reach sales targetsLiaise with new clients to check the progress of "go-live" dates and marketing launch activitiesListen to customer requirements and effectively present solutions in order to increases chances of closing new businessRespond to incoming email and phone inquiries from existing/new businessAdvise and educate clients on upcoming product developments and special promotionsAct as the contact between our Merchant Support and Marketing teams, for existing and new business partnersProvide regular sales update to managerMeet annual targets and objectives that have been discussed and agreed with line managerExpand the portfolio of merchants in the ecommerce vertical and aim to onboard large enterprisesProvide guidance and training to newly joined members of the teamProvide support to Sales team members with their day to day responsibilitiesRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related area of study, required5+ years' experience in business development role or similar role, requiredPrevious experience in a sales role, preferably with experience in Gaming and Entertainment or the payments industry, highly preferredProven track record for developing sales pipelinesStrong client relationship management skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsMust possess a strong work ethicEager and willing to overcome challengesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and fun environmentAbility to analyze trends to develop sustainable solutions for the growth of our clientsExcellent verbal and written communication with strong editing and proofing skills
