Job Description:
Hampstead Pre-Owned is looking for hard working and driven sales executives to develop relationships with our customers.
We sell 40-60 cars a week to our clientele in Hampstead, Maryland and we are always looking to grow. With enough hard work this role can grow into a lucrative career opportunity. Our sales executives typically earn 60-90k a year. Top performers earn up to 120k+. All of our full time employees have access to an excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:Greet & assist customersHelp customers find the vehicles they are looking forMake vehicle suggestions based on the customers needsDemonstrate vehicles featuresTake customers on test drivesBuild relationships with your customersWork independently throughout the dayQualifications(Certifications, Skills):
Valid driver's licenseClean driving recordCan drive manual transmission(stick shift) vehiclesGood organizational skillsCapable communicatorOn time and prepared to workReliable, can follow directionsAble to excel in a fast paced environmentExperience:
We are looking for candidates who have worked with customers in a previous role. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
