Job Summary

This position is responsible for the administration of pricing and analytics that measure our commercial fuels and cardlock fuels profitability and initiate the development of pricing strategies. Pricing specialist must prepare daily pricing recommendations based on market conditions, supply chain, sales and marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

The duties and responsibilities of the fuel pricing specialist include, but are not limited to:Review and establish daily fuel pricing for assigned accounts and geographies. Make any necessary adjustments based on the procurement sell cost and market conditions to optimize product margin.Review all delivery ticket information for assigned accounts and adjust price based off actual gallons, time, and any other variables.Accumulate all daily intel and organize in company systems for indexing and retrieval for Senergy personnel.Work closely with fuel procurement team daily to provide intel and participate in morning supply calls.Communicate with the billing department before each sales register is posted to confirm pricing in a timely manner.Establish daily PetroStop cardlock pricing and work closely with cardlock department to communicate changes in a timely manner.Provide weekly and monthly pricing analysis on all fuel margins with comprehension of key factors impacting price movement and have the ability to carry our presentations and spreadsheets.Establish demand forecasts based on current customers and pipeline data to forecast demand for each sales region.Develop a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external information.Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and prepare relevant data to support those discussions.Additional
