As our Sr. Business Development Manager, you will...

Play a crucial role in our Healthcare Provider sales, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication skills, agility, and resourcefulness. As the lead development and conversion maestro, you'll utilize your resources, focus and industry tools to drive quality leads into the pipeline and transform them into active prospects and clients. With a focus on strategic research, and an understanding of Healthcare and BtoB marketing, you're poised to lead, collaborate, and elevate our team to new heights.

Be Accountable and Responsible forEstablish yourself as the go-to advocate for agency growth, embodying values of agility, ability, and humilityCollaborate with SVP Business Development and Health Provider practice leader to drive and capitalize on high-quality prospectsCollaborate with service leaders to ensure winning pitches and RFPsWork with inside sales resources to maximize pipelineDrive proven solution-selling methods consistently, ensuring deal progression and closureHarness the power of Salesforce.com reports, views, tasks, and dashboards to manage and prioritize opportunitiesCollaborate with SVP Business Development and Health Provider practice leader to identify target accounts from the Target Account List, requiring in-depth researchPartner with marketing for an integrated approach to events, CRM efforts, pipeline management, and sales forecastingAnalyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales processesThese are the qualifications we're looking for

4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Digital, or Integrated MarketingBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications and/or equivalent work experienceStrong communication skills and presence among expert teamsAbility to manage multiple projects at once, strong attention to detail, and qualityProven track record of success in a goal-driven environmentProven experience selling to accounts of all sizesAn ability to work with multiple SMEs, creative teams, and other resources to close businessAdvertising Agency experience is highly preferredWell-versed in Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace#LI-JK1

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000

Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE's career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role and are promoted into the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
