As the West Coast Sales Manager on our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Position Overview:

As the West Coast Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the presence and influence of Kula Bio's cutting-edge agricultural solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include increasing market awareness of our pioneering biofertilizer technology within your designated territory, driving sales initiatives, and managing the West Coast Sales Team. Additionally, you will be tasked with gathering and analyzing valuable market insights, developing and executing innovative sales strategies, and engaging with the agricultural community to foster strong, enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Penetration:

Collaborate with the Sales Team and the Commercial Agronomy Team to develop and implement strategies that optimize product recommendations for agronomic fit, effectively positioning Kula Bio products in the market.Customer Engagement:

Educate and inform customers, present product benefits, positioning recommendations, and conducting presentations to stakeholders.Product Positioning:

Work closely with the broader Commercial Team to support product positioning strategies, including crop selection, application methods, and data collection.Community Involvement:

Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other community engagement activities to promote Kula Bio's products and portfolio.Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, growers, and distributors within your territory, leveraging your industry network to drive sales growth.Customer Support:

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, listening to their needs, providing solutions, and supporting new product development through feedback and insights.Requirements

Education and Experience:o High school diploma with a minimum of

15 years

of sales experience in the agriculture industry, preferably with bio-stimulant or sustainable products.

o BSc/BA in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of

10 years

of sales experience in the agriculture industry, preferably with bio-stimulant or sustainable products.

Industry Network:

An established network within the agriculture industry, with strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and growers.Sales and Strategy:

Demonstrated experience in implementing strategic trials/side-by-sides to showcase product effectiveness and drive adoption.Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel at least

70%

of the time across the West Coast of the United States, primarily focusing

California .Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and promote products to potential customers.Language Skills:

Preference will be given to candidates who speaks Spanish fluently.Team Collaboration:
