Claire's - A Career that's Always in StyleDistrict Sales Manager Opportunity - Nebraska & Southern MNKey accountabilities include:Driving same stores salesConsistently driving high levels of operational excellence across the districtEncouraging store teams to exceed customer service standardsCoaching and developing store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the businessActively looking for ways to reduce costs for the business to maximize on profitWorking collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers and key partners across the business to ensure result areas are aligned with Claire's business strategy, mission and valuesQualifications Valid driver's licenseBasic computer skills / Familiar with using a laptopBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required1-2 years multi-store management or 5 years store management experience requiredUnderstands the importance of Customer serviceSound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skillsAbility to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solveAbility to stand during scheduled shifts/Ability to manoeuvre up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionallyBending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting CustomersAbility to operate POS systemExtensive travel requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as neededAbout Claire'sA leading high street fashion retailer with +3000 stores globallyWe specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories and cosmetics productsOur core customer ranges from children to young women.
