Pay Range: $23.10 - $28.09 Per Hour
QUALIFICATIONS:Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.Licenses and Certificates: Must possess and maintain a valid State of California Class B driver's license and California School BusDriver Certificate.Acquire and maintain valid First Aid and CPR certificate or endorsement by the California Highway Patrol within sixmonths of employment.Description:Positions in this class involve routine bus driving using any one of several types of buses.Physical and licensing requirements must be met.Split shifts, odd hours, and varying schedules are common.

Must be a certified school bus driver.
Copies of Class B California Driver's License, California School Bus Driver Certificate & medical card are required, plus H6 (driving record) from DMV.
Completion of the 12th grade
Must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment
- Department of Justice Criminal Background Check
- TB Test within the past 60 days (Education Code 49406, Assembly Bill 1667)
- Post Offer Pre-Placement physical including 50 pound lift test
- Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment, etc
