The QuickDeposit team continues to evolve as we respond to the growing needs of our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner who thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. As a Vice President Product Manager in the QuickDeposit team, you will own the customer experience of the digital check deposit product experience. This includes understanding the platform and its capabilities, voice of the customer, regulatory, control and risk framework to effectively partner with stakeholders to lay out the strategy and business case and champion customer experience. You should have a solid understanding of agile execution methodologies for a successful technology build and a quality product delivery. This includes story writing, engagement in scrum development, and test management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages and refines product backlog items to drive value in accordance with the business and /or stakeholder priorities
  • Engage with stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define capabilities and experiences that meet business and consumer needs.
  • Support the day to day operational needs of the product: Track and measure initiatives, Monitor product metrics, Monitor client / employee feedback, Provide guidance and support to production issues, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or hands-on product management/ownership or business analysis experience, technology consulting, or relevant transferrable skills
  • Agile project management experience, including use of agile project management tools
  • Ability to manage and execute product backlog.
  • Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
  • Well versed in both business and technology
  • Knowledge of payment and check cash/deposit products.
