HR Business Partner

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provides the full scope of human resource services to assigned departments, including but not limited to recruitment, associate development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, reward and recognition, and performance management.

  • Works in a collaborative manner with department leadership to assess workforce needs. Demonstrates the ability to develop strategies and action plans to address workforce issues.

  • Advises Leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices and policies to advance the strategy and support the mission, vision, and values of Network

  • Collaborates with Business Leaders to determine how HR services can advance organizational and business priorities and strategy.

  • Assists in the implementation and rollout of HRIS/technology enhancements

  • Provides guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development

  • Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and drive improvements

  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

  • Provides corporate support regarding the Company's compensation and benefits practices. Ensures internal equity and that compensation practices are market competitive.

  • Supports and promotes the Company's Diversity, equity and inclusion nitiatives

  • Facilitate change management and cultural initiatives


WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • Successful track record as a business partner

  • Relevant education, training, or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Communications, Business, or related fields

  • Human Resources Certification a plus (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex situations and facilitate constructive dialogue to resolve conflicts

  • Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment

  • Working knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Strong Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources

  • Effective oral/written and presentation communication skills preferred.

  • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to connect and build rapport with associates

  • Experience with UKG and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with comparable skills in other platforms


Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build relationships with associates at all levels

  • Act as a positive representative and resource to company associates

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
